The task was to design a mixed use 5stars hotel, international firm and commercial zone high rise building located in the New Capital.

The concept of the design was to create a strong and futuristic form where the structure is dominant to the design. Also, connecting the high rise structure to the ground through a podium elevating from the ground.

The main design tool was physical 3D modeling.
